Cupping

If you thought acupuncture was just about needles, think again.

Lynne often uses a practice known as cupping as part of her treatment. Glass cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum like suction. It is a very relaxing, non-invasive way to soften areas of muscle tension and to increase circulation and blood flow. It is very effective for musculoskeletal complaints.

Cupping can also release toxins and activate the lymphatic system to help circulate stagnant dampness.
