“The Bristol Hares and Tortoises” – Running for “Smile with Siddy”
Keith James and the four other “Hares and Tortoises” are competing in the Edinburgh Marathon this Sunday and are running for a worthwhile local charity, Smile with Siddy.
In January this year, Siddy died of a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma at the age of only 16 months. His family have set up the charity Smile with Siddy in memory of him and are raising money to increase awareness and fund research and treatment of neuroblastoma in other young children.
We want to do our bit to help them. When the running feels tough for us, we can also think of Siddy – if he can smile through all that, the least we can do is smile with him.
If you would like to sponsor us, giving is simple via the address here. Thank you for your support and all your well wishes!
