Lauren Sones

Having graduated from Exeter University in 2007 where Lauren gained a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science, she decided to further her interest in sports and qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.

Lauren currently works in a health club as a fitness advisor and personal trainer as well as a freelance trainer. Her clients aims range from weight loss, shape change to total toning and sports specific goals. Whilst working in the gym Lauren has qualified as a spinning and body pump instructor as well as leading circuit and core classes. Since joining Keith James, Lauren has worked with both sports massage and personal training clients encompassing her sports science background to gain the best results for her clients.

Grant Barrie

Grant is a proud Scotsman with a name that’s back to front.

He made the lifestyle change in 2008 and is now a Qualified Advanced Gym Instructor Rep Level 3. In his former life he played Rugby and Baseball in Bristol. On weekdays he works at a private school as the Sports Centre Manager. Most weekends you may pass him cycling up Bridge Valley Road trying to look cool and pretending it’s easy.

At Keith James on Saturday mornings he is running circuit and personal training courses to suit individuals or small groups.
