Pilates & Pregnancy
Pilates is perfect during pregnancy as the exercises are low impact. We have recently introduced pilates classes for mothers-to-be to help you thoughout your pregnancy. The movements are slow and controlled, they will therefore not stress your joints and are very safe for the pregnant mother.
This exercise method can help maintain a level of fitness which is beneficial to both you and your baby. Our classes are designed to:
• Help make your pregnancy comfortable and pain free
• Prepare you for labour
• Lay the foundations to help you get your figure back after birth.
Classes are small with a maximum of 4 people and suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Each individual will have a specialist design a carefully made programme for their own individual needs.
