With many years experience in the complementary therapy sector, Jenni provides sports massage for a wide range of clients of different ages and backgrounds. Sports massage covers a wide range of techniques including deep tissue massage, stretching and pressure release work.
Sports massage can be used to recover from injury, increase your personal performance and before sporting events as part of your preparation and after as part of your recovery.
More and more people are realising the benefits of deep tissue massage to release tight muscles in their upper back and shoulders from postural and desk related stress.
Jenni worked with the Bristol Rugby squad for the 2007/2008 season and has attended the Bristol Half Marathon and Bath Triathlon working on behalf of Bristol University.

Having graduated from Exeter University in 2007 where Lauren gained a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science, she decided to further her interest in sports and qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.
Lauren currently works in a health club as a fitness advisor and personal trainer as well as a freelance trainer. Her clients aims range from weight loss, shape change to total toning and sports specific goals. Whilst working in the gym Lauren has qualified as a spinning and body pump instructor as well as leading circuit and core classes. Since joining Keith James, Lauren has worked with both sports massage and personal training clients encompassing her sports science background to gain the best results for her clients.
