Personal Training - What we can do for you

In a busy and hectic life finding the time and motivation to go to the gym can be difficult.

Personal Training can help you be stronger, healthier and more confident, whether you are looking to tone up, are in training for a competition or making a lifestyle change.

One-to-one personal training will focus on helping you to meet your goals in your timescales, whether it is getting into the little black dress, returning to full fitness after injury or having that additional edge and focus to increase your sporting performance.  Our trainers will design you a challenging workout and can cater for all ages and abilities

New Gym
Gym With Instructor

Circuit training in groups of up to five people; provide a fun but challenging workout with a competitive edge.

Whether you are a total beginner or looking for that extra competitive edge we will design you a program to help you improve. We have both male and female personal trainers that are highly qualified.

As well as physiotherapy, podiatry, sports massage and acupuncture at Keith James Physiotherapy we have recently undergone a complete refurbishment of our gymnasium.

We can now boast five cardiovascular stations and four weight stations. We are able to offer the specialist services of four personal trainers – Lauren Sones a sports scientist from Exeter University, Dave Bird an endurance running consultant and James Eastwood a swimming, cycling and triathlete specialist, Grant Barrie and Zoe Rayne who will be undertaking pilates classes for pre and post natal women.

We plan to organise both circuit training and personal training sessions but classes will be limited to five so book early. Our availability is listed on the 'Timetable' page, if you have any questions please call the practice on 0117 330 6820.
