In 2000, Donna wrote a training manual for Swiss ball exercises and for 10 years ran courses on using the ball in the management of musculoskeletal dysfunction for physiotherapists, personal trainers, and army medical personnel around the country. The Swiss ball Manual is also available for purchase.
