An Update on the Future of Keith James Physiotherapy
We would like to share an important update with our patients and wider community.
As many of you know, Keith sadly passed away in June. He was an exceptional physiotherapist who built this clinic on kindness, expertise, and genuine care for every person who walked through the door. His loss has been deeply felt by all of us.
Over the past few months, Keith’s brilliant team has worked with great dedication to keep the clinic running smoothly while his family — Heather, Tony, and his daughters Elsa and Lois — took time to consider the future.
After thoughtful discussions, they have asked Donna Sanderson-Hull to take over the running of the practice from Monday 1st December.
Donna owns Blue Sky Sports Physiotherapy, which will become the sister clinic to Keith James Physiotherapy, allowing both clinics to remain independent, but able to support each other, share expertise, and continue providing the highest standard of care.
What this means for patients
- The same trusted team will continue providing your care.
- Your appointments, treatment plans, and records remain unchanged.
- Our commitment to patient-centred, high-quality physiotherapy stays exactly the same.
Why this matters
Keith built something special. Our goal is simple: keep caring for patients and staff in the way he did—while providing the resources to secure the next 30 years for his practice. We want Keith’s wife and children to see his life’s work continue to flourish.
We are truly honoured to continue the legacy Keith created and we are deeply grateful for the loyalty and trust you have shown over the years. We hope to continue to support you and you will continue to support Keith James Physiotherapy Ltd as it enters this new chapter.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the clinic team — we are here to help.
