We love this road sign depicting older people crossing the road! Sadly it won’t be replacing the existing road sign that shows two hunched figures to indicate old age. It’s interesting to think how stereotypes such as these might actually affect our sense of how our bodies age. At Keith James Physiotherapy we know that bodies can stay strong and flexible throughout life - if small investments are made along the way.
