New Yoga Classes

We are excited to announce that we have Yoga Classes at our clinic on Coldharbour Road every Tuesday from 19:00 – 20:00 (can change to a Thursday upon request).

These will be a semi-private, slow-flow class of breath and movement to stretch, strengthen, and relax. Aiding you to get into your body and out of your head.

All bodies and abilities are welcome to join as you will be guided through each posture with options and props (blocks and blankets) to support your practice.

What Style of  Yoga are we offering – you may ask?

Mallory is offering a gentle Hatha Yoga practice where we honor the roots of an ancient tradition while also focusing on improving our strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. When we connect movement and breath together we become more mindful, present and calm which in return regulates our nervous system.

Who will be teaching the class?

They will be led by the lovely Mallory Nicholson (Move with Mal) who has been practicing Yoga for the past eight years and is a certified teacher through YAP (Yoga Alliance Professionals). When she isn’t teaching a class, you can find Mallory behind the scenes managing the Keith James practice.

Please note, this is a semi-private class with a maximum of three and so booking in advance by email is required.
