I offer a small group class that combines breath and movement to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax during a busy week.
You can expect a slow-flow warm-up to help you tune into your body and the present. Followed by standing postures to build your strength and find your balance. Then, close with a deep relaxation, reconnecting to your breath, and mindfully resting.
I aim to make classes accessible to as many bodies, minds and experiences as possible. Multiple options are always given throughout, and I encourage you to drop me an email if you have any specific queries/concerns you wish to discuss ([email protected]).
