Our Supervised Gymnasium Rehabilitation sessions are designed to be relaxed and friendly, tailored to the needs of each patient. Heather will help you maximise your mental and physical potential following your physiotherapy treatment, allowing you to return to a fuller and active life. Individual, specific exercises, set by your physiotherapist and monitored by Kate, are a sure way of achieving your goals.

One-to-one personal training will focus on helping you to meet your goals. Whether you are a total beginner or seeking an extra competitive edge, we will design a program tailored to help you improve your fitness.
