Due to our modern-day circumstances of sitting at a desk all day, pushing ourselves too hard at the gym, or unconsciously having uneven posture, the instinctive patterns we developed as infants to be able to walk become distorted.

Consequently, over time, our stability becomes compromised, which often results in overloading other areas of our bodies (mainly in our joints), leading to injury and pain in those areas.

With the DNS method, Sara can pinpoint where these points of instability are and work on restoring those innate patterns and stability. As a result, your body will be more evenly loaded, and those overloaded areas will find some relief. Therefore, allowing you to continue doing the activities you love, like, gardening, tennis, or yoga, for longer.
