The Lyno Method is a complementary health method that uses a holistic approach to identify areas in the body where unresolved physical trauma causes restrictions in our fascia. Fascia is the thin connective tissue surrounding and supporting every organ, muscle, bone, nerve fiber, and blood vessel. It is a continuous layer and can be thought of as a sausage casing for your body’s tissues.

This gentle technique incorporates soft touch with breathing and active movement and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest and digestion. This in turn facilitates the release of these fascia restrictions, restoring the neural pathways necessary for optimum function.

The core principle of the Lyno Method lies in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of fascia mobility throughout the entire body. This assessment allows us as practitioners to pinpoint the precise locations where unresolved trauma has become trapped within the body.
