Mallory offers a small group class that combines breath and movement to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax during a busy week. 

You can expect a slow-flow warm-up to help you tune into your body and the present moment. Followed by standing postures to build your strength and find your balance. Then, close with rest and relaxation, reconnecting to your breath.

I aim to make classes accessible to as many bodies, minds and experiences as possible. Multiple options are always given throughout, and I encourage you to drop me an email if you have any specific queries/concerns you wish to discuss ([email protected]).
